Stateline Supermoto Venue Change Details:

Due to circumstances out of our control, the Stateline Supermoto Challenge will be moving to the Primm Valley Hotel and Casino.

It is unfortunate that we have been forced to move either the date or the location. We felt it would be best for all involved if we moved 1/2 mile to the Primm Valley instead of compromising travel plans for all participants at this point.

We have a signed contract with imm Valley Resort for the Primm Valleyvenue but the Herbst family who owns the Casino properties signed a contract with the new owners of Championship Off Road Racing Series for the same weekend. The management of the Primm Valley Resorts expressed their commitment to the Supermoto races by offering the new venue for this year so we wouldn’t have to change the date. WHR also felt that working with Primm Valley Resorts to move the track this year was in the best interest of Supermoto.

Should you want to either stay at Buffalo Bills or take advantage of their amusement facilities; it's only a 3 minute free tram ride away from the Primm Valley Hotel and Casino.

The Primm Valley Hotel has been used for previous dirt events and is just across the street from Primm Valley. There will be ample room for both an extended pavement section, and dirt sections over the layouts that have been previously used at Buffalo Bill's. The new layout will be located in the parking area between the resort and outlet mall. This will allow us more access to the facilities than we could have been able to utilize at Buffalo Bill's.

With both CORR and Supermoto races on the same weekend the properties will be full of excitement with racing fans. We are looking forward to the 5th annual Stateline Supermoto Challenge and the continued support of all its fans and participants.

Look for more announcements in the coming days and weeks with more details about track layouts and classes and which days they will be offered.

What is supermoto?
Simply put, supermoto is a race event where the participants race a motorcycle that is capable of travel on both dirt and pavement.  The pavement sections may be permanent tracks such as a karting center, or maybe a specifically configured parking lot somewhere. The dirt sections are motocross inspired, but not as demanding as a full MX track.

WHR Motorsports promotes Supermoto both at a Local/Regional level in conjunction with the NW Series of Supermoto USA and as a part of the AMA/XTRM National Pro Series

Tuesday, December 2nd

So you have a supermoto bike, it's the offseason and you want to ride.

WHR Motorsports has classes for Supermoto bikes in both the Arenacross series and Flat Track Races. Also, just because you have 17" wheels doesn't mean you can't run other classes too.  So, come run the indoor series with us and keep the dust off your bike!

Saturday, Novemeber 9th WHR Motorsports is proud to announce the Awards Ceremony for the 2008 Supermoto USA NW/ NW Supermoto Challenge Presented by Eastside Motosports.
Schedule: 8:30am-9am Awards give aways.

9am: we open the indoor arenacross track to supermoto racers only (rain tires work great on this surface, but knobbies are acceptable). Families of supermoto racers are ok too. For the meager price of $30 you will get access to more private track time than you will be able to handle. One important note on the 9am start: there is still a 10am noise curfew for the fairgrounds. Please bring your bike inside the arena before starting it up.

As an added bonus, the practice fee will also cover the gate fee for those of you who will want to race Saturday afternoon/evening.

We have awards and contingencies for the top 3 in each class for the 2008 season.
